The conference will start in the evening of Thursday, October 2, 2008: registration desk will be opened from 2 PM and the dinner is planned for 6 PM. First lectures are scheduled for Friday, October 3, and the last conference session will take place in the morning of Sunday, October 5. A special conference dinner will be held on Saturday night (7PM). Departure from Nałęczów is planned after lunch on Sunday.

Please let us know the exact date and time of your arrival if you would like to be picked up from the railway station Nałęczów. We will arrange transport to the hotel by mini-bus.

We will organize poster session during the conference. Your possible contributions to this session are welcome.

The conference center is equipped with the multimedia and overhead projectors, and a clipboard. If you want to use the multimedia projector, presentations in PDF format will be preferred.

Wireless internet is available on site in the hall.

Please let us know if you would like to have vegetarian food.

Conference participants will be able to use hotel's parking lots; parking fee is 14 PLN per day.
