Excursions

Excursions are planned on Wednesday afternoon. There will be three options to choose from:
- draisine tour in Mosina (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nz6XiN3Oi6Y)
- walking guided tour into the Wielkopolski National Park
- shuttle to Poznan (return trip, free time for sightseeing)
You will be asked upon arrival to make your choice. The excursions are free of charge.
An excursion can be cancelled if less then 10 person declare to participate. Draisine tour will be cancel in case of rain.

Audiovisual equipment for talks

Plenary talks will take place in the main lecture hall (Room C), and the parallel sessions (Monday+Tuesday afternoon) will also be in the lecture Room A. Both lecture rooms have overhead projectors, visualisers (document cameras) and blackboards. Note that the simultaneous use of a projector and a blackboard is possible only in Room A. It is possible to use the local computers or private laptops. However, we advise the use of local computer. Your talk can be brought on memory stick/USB onto a local computer in advance of your session - either at the start of the day or during coffee/lunch breaks. If you use Mac - please do not forget to bring your own adaptor. 

Accomodation

All participants will be accomodated in the Stefan Banach Conference Center (Będlewo), in single or double rooms with private baths. Younger participants will be asked to the share double rooms. Conference fee

The conference fee is 200 euro and it covers the accommodation and full board (from dinner on Sunday, July 15 until lunch on Saturday, July 21). Extra nights will be charged 120 PLN per night per person (130 PLN in a single room). The fee for accompanying persons is 150 euro.

The conference fee is to be paid upon your arrival to Będlewo or - if you prefer - by a money transfer (before July 1) to the bank account provided below. In the title of the transfer, please enter "18 Workshop, July 15-21, 2018, your name".
