Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Polish Mathematical Society (PTM) did not organize its traditional annual meetings in the recent years. Now, we would like to make up for this by inviting laureates of PTM prizes (Banach, Steinhaus, Dickstein, Kuratowski, and Young Mathematician) of the past 3 years. There will be an official award ceremony followed by talks of the laureates. For on-site participants, the conference venue is Room 321 in IMPAN. For online participants, the Zoom login data will be e-mailed after the registration is closed
