Payment

The conference fee is 1600 PLN per week (approx. 340 EUR / 360 USD at current rates). It includes full board (three meals a day, tea and coffee during the coffee breaks, grill, excursion, etc.) and accomodation at the Conference Center in Będlewo from Sunday evening till Friday afternoon. 

Extensions for Friday / Saturday / Sunday nights are possible - 240 PLN per night with full board (approx. 50 EUR / 55 USD at current rates).

Paying by bank transfer please do not forget to write in the transfer title: Beyond Uniform Bedlewo + name of the participant. One can also pay the fee directly at the Conference Center in Będlewo during the conference (by cash or credit card). Should you need any financial support, please let us know while you are registering, in the box provided. Participants who will be given the support will be informed by e-mail. We are afraid that, in principle, we will not be able to cover the travel expenses.
