Payment
THE CONFERENCE FEE AMOUNTS:
1. For payments before April 15, 2023:
regular: 2200 PLN / 520 EUR / 550 USD
only conference (June 28-July 2): 1400 PLN / 330 EUR / 350 USD
2. For payments after April 15 and before May 15:
regular: 2400 PLN / 560 EUR / 600 USD
only conference (June 28-July 2): 1600 PLN / 375 EUR / 400 USD
3. For payments after May 15 and before June 5:
regular: 2600 PLN / 600 EUR / 650 USD
only conference (June 28-July 2): 1800 PLN / 420 EUR / 450 USD
This includes accommodation (in a single or double room) and full board, starting on June 25 (dinner) and ending on July 2 (lunch). The fee also covers coffee breaks, bonfire, excursion and materials.

Limited funds for supporting students, PhD students or post-docs might be available. Participants who are planning to request financial support should submit a copy of their CV, the list of publications, and a letter of support from their PhD advisor or post-doc supervisor (if applicable) to this e-mail address with 'LOOPS23 support request' in the subject, by March 15, 2023.
