Conference fee
The conference fee is 1600 PLN (currently approx. 330 EUR).
This includes a bed in a double or single room and full day meals from May 14th (supper) till May 19th (lunch) together with transportation from and to Poznan. The fee also covers coffee breaks, banquet, excursion and materials. One can stay one night longer for an extra cost of 240 PLN.
Participants are supposed to arrive May 14th and to leave May 19th. The organizers will arrange for a bus to take participants on Sunday afternoon (the bus leaves at 5h45 pm) from Poznan train station to the conference site and on Friday after lunch from the conference site back to Poznan. (This information will be updated and communicated to the registered participants.)

You can also pay directly at the reception desk upon arrival in cash or by a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). In case of payment by a bank transfer please bring a confirmation with you.
We might be in position to provide some financial support. If you are a PhD student or unable to obtain support from other sources please contact us as soon as possible. For support, please apply by email, attach a list of three best research articles published in 2018-2022 or arrange a short letter of recommendation sent directly to us (Email: 23-thermoform@impan.pl) by a senior researcher. The deadline for applications is April 1st.
