Director of IM PAN, prof. Karol Palka, Chairman of the Assembly of Directors of the Scientific Institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences
We inform that the director of the Institute of Mathematics, dr hab. Karol Palka, has been elected Chairman of the Assembly of Directors of the Scientific Institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
The Assembly, established on the basis of the new statute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, is an advisory body to the President of the Academy. It consults and gives opinions on matters concerning the activities of the institutes and the conditions for their development.
