Abstract

In this paper, we introduce weighted topological pressure of subadditive potentials for factor maps between dynamical systems and establish a corresponding variational principle. On the one hand, we extend the recent variational principle obtained by Tsukamoto to the subadditive case. On the other hand, compared with the subadditive variational principle proved by Feng and Huang, we do not need to assume the upper semicontinuity of the metric entropy map.
