Rate of exchange:	1 PLN = 0.248 EUR = 0.35 USD (Apr. 4th, 2011) 1 EUR = 4,03 PLN, 1 USD = 2,85 PLN

*The conference fee includes access to the conference sessions, conference materials, cofee breaks and conference dinner.
The fee for an accompanying person does not include the conference materials. The conference dinner is included.

Important:
Early registration fee will be accepted only if the payment is received before April 15, 2011.

If you give up the participation before May, 1st, the fee will be refunded.

Cancellation policy:
-	Cancellation before May 1, 2011 - full refund (minus banking charges).
-	Cancellation after May 1, 2011 - no refund.
-	Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
-	All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Available methods of payment of the registration fee:

1. Credit card (on-line payment)
   After logging in to the registration system click Pay on-line link Click Pay on-line button In case of technical problems with the on-line payment, mail order payment is also available (credit card authorization form for the registration fee can be found in Pay on-line tab).
2. Bank transfer
   After logging in to the registration system click  Edit registration fees link Choose Payments and invoices tab. You will find there bank transfer data. Bank transfer title should include the name of the participant, the conference name and the NRK number. In case of bank transfers participants are in charge of covering all banking charges as well as of choosing appropriate exchange rate (the amount of bank transfer should be equal to the chosen amount of registration fee in PLN).
