Będlewo is a conference center located 30 km. from Poznań. You can get to Poznań by plane or you can fly to Warsaw or Berlin and then take a train to Poznań.

• For those arriving by train, there will be a minibus at the Poznań Główny train station. The bus will leave at 18:30. The bus will be right outside the main exit, about 100m up the main street going towards the city.
• Taxis will be waiting for those who are arriving at the Poznań-Ławica airport. Drivers with the sign "Będlewo" will be at the money exchange booth (look for "Kantor"). If your flight is delayed, call the conference center directly at +48 61 8 135 187.
• From the Poznań airport you can also get to Poznań by taxi or by bus. A taxi stand and bus stops are at the main exit of the airport. An express bus L goes to the main train station, bus 59 goes to Kaponiery which is 5 minutes walk from the train station. A bus schedule may be consulted here.
