Payment

The conference fee is 1000 PLN (approx. 235 EUR/260 USD at current rates). It includes accommodation and full board at the Conference Center in Będlewo from the Sunday evening, 11 August 2019 to the Friday afternoon, 16 August 2019 (with possible extension for the Friday/Saturday night, 16/17 August).

 

Since we have only limited conference budget, we suggest that the fee be paid in advance to the account of the Institute of Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (see the account numbers for 'Będlewo meetings') . This will help us to decide to what extent we will be able to cover the local expenses for participants who do not have their own funds.

 

Paying by bank transfer please do not forget to write in the transfer title: Dynamics-Vision + name of the Participant.
One can also pay the fee directly at the Conference Center in Będlewo during the conference (by cash or credit card).

 

We will be able to offer a financial support for local expenses to a limited number of participants. The emphasis will be placed on young participants without their own source of funding. We are afraid that, in principle, we will not be able to cover the travel expenses (this does not apply to NSF grant support). Should you need any financial support, please let us know while you are registering. Participants who will ask for the support will be sent an information by e-mail till 24th June 2019.
