Rules of paying for guest rooms in IM PAN in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Dz. U. of 24 June 2014 item 827)
I. General provisions

hereinafter referred to as "Seller" is the owner of the website www.impan.pl.
II. Purchasing process
Reservation of a guest room should be made according to the information published on the
website https://www.impan.pl/en/insitute/guest-rooms.
III. Forms of payment
Payment for a guest room can be made in cash or by card in the Cashier’s Office in IM PAN during workdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Online payment with a bank card is operated, on behalf of the Seller, by First Data Polska S.A.
IV. Resignation and refund
Withdrawal of the reservation should be sent by mail to the address email
The payment made online on the last day of stay in a guest room is non-refundable (in
accordance with the Article 38 item 1 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.)
V. Final provisions
When placing an order by means of the website www.impan.pl, the purchaser declares that s/he has read the Rules and accepts all the conditions.
