The refund of your paid registration fee will only be made according to following deadline: April, 30th 2019.
The organizers of BIMOATH2019 inform that the accommodation in the Bedlewo Center mostly consists of double and triple rooms. The allocation of rooms will be done on the first paid first served basis. Applications for single rooms will be considered only in exceptional cases and cannot be guaranteed.
The Będlewo Palace Research and Conference Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences is situated 30 km from Poznań in picturesque, twelfth century village Będlewo (see the map). Although the history of the palace is relatively new (build in XIX-th century) it is embedded deeply in history by the family of its owners, family Potocki, who is known to be one of most powerful noble families in Poland. The residence was essentially destroyed during the second world war, but thanks to reconstruction works it is now possible to feel the clime of epoch watching polychromies, coats of arms and paintings presenting the kings of Poland. The palace in Będlewo, surrounded by English landscape garden, is a peaceful and inspiring place, good both for scientific work and a relax between the talks.
Fees and financial support
The total cost of the conference is:
1500 PLN/ 350 EUR for participants who pay till the 2nd of April, 2019;
1800 PLN/ 420 EUR for those who pay after 2nd of April, 2019.
The conference fee covers accommodation for six nights (from 16th to 22nd of June) at the conference center hotel, full meals for six days (starting with dinner on the arrival evening and ending with lunch on the departure day), organized transfer from Poznań to Będlewo and return, conference materials and coffee breaks. There will be also organized sightseeing tour in the surrounding area as well as other social events.
Due to limited resources, currently only students and early career researchers can be considered for support. Conference fee exemption will be given on the first-come first-serve basis with priority given to speakers and poster presenters. Please indicate in your registration form if you wish to be considered for financial support and additionally submit CV, up-to-date list of publications and the letter of reference to apuchalska@mimuw.edu.pl by end of day 17th of February.

Important note: Since the cost of accommodation in the Będlewo Palace Research and Conference Center is included in the price of conference, please select 'yes' in the checkbox 'Would you like us to book a hotel room?' in the registration form. The resignation from booking the accommodation does not reduce the price of conference.
