The aim of the workshop "Random Matrices and Multivariate Analysis" is to bring together researchers sharing an interest in the theory of random matrices, especially their distributions and applications, as well as in statistical procedures in multivariate analysis.
It would involve a variety of fields such as linear and multilinear models, multivariate and matrix-variate distributions, statistics on manifolds, spectral analysis, generalized inverses, data visualization, covariance models, moments of random matrices, applications to economics, agriculture and engineering problems, etc.
The participants will present the results and current developments of their research. Mutual discussions on possible solutions to the presented problems are significant part of the meeting.
