In April 2025, the comprehensive renovation of the Central Mathematical Library of the Mathematical Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences at 8 Śniadeckich Street in Warsaw was completed. This is another stage in the modernization of the Institute’s infrastructure, aimed at creating a modern space that supports scientific work and mathematical research.

The renovation covered the entire second floor of the building, and the library underwent a complete transformation. The new interiors were designed with user comfort and the needs of modern science in mind, including more light and enhanced soundproofing. Thanks to negotiations with the fire department, the library corridor has returned to its original function. New computer equipment will be installed soon, and the library collection is currently being organized.
