    Article 33:

    Doctoral and habilitation proceedings and proceedings for awarding the title of professor, not completed by the effective date

    of this act, are conducted under the previous regulations.

    Within two years from the effective date of this act, at the request of the person applying for the doctoral or habilitation degree or the title of professor, doctoral and habilitation proceedings and proceedings for awarding the title of professor may be conducted under the previous regulations or under the regulations of the act of March 18, 2011, amending the Law on Higher Education, the Law on Academic Degrees and Title and on Degrees and Title in the Field of Art and amending certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 164 item 1365 as amended and Journal of Laws 2011 No. 84 item 455).
